Upon drop off, your Deer is immedaietly skinned and inspected by Andy or one of our experienced butchers. Your meat is then placed in our 36 Degree Walk –In Box. No hides in our box = no dirt in our box = no foul smell in our box.
Your Deer is processed one at a time. Meat is not mixed with any other Deer. We cut, vacuumed seal, grind box and freeze your Deer before we start the next one.
Maryland State / Heath Department Inspected. The cleanest butcher shop you have ever seen. We pride our selves on the fact that you can eat off of our floors.
