Primary Responsibilities – Receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phone, issuing badges, monitoring logbook, completing reports, managing incoming and outgoing mail, creating labels, maintaining interpersonal relationships, assist with program operations, and assisting staff with administrative duties.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements – Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Exceptional oral communication skills, professionalism, customer focused.
