SPARE HANDS CLEANING,LLC, an established (since 2000) residential & commercial housekeeping service in California, MD is hiring housekeepers/cleaners who are honest, dependable, friendly, hardworking, energetic, who like to clean, to work a F/T schedule M-F days. This position pays $11.00- $13.00 per hour, plus customer tips+ other employee incentives. Pay will be based on your cleaning experience. No evenings, weekends, or major holidays worked unless available & requested by the employee. Prefer at least (1) year of professional cleaning experience, but will train those who are eager and ready to learn our SHC cleaning techniques.
SHC is looking for employees who want a long term job position. Must have a flexible schedule & do not have other activities/jobs, and/or commitments that would interfere with the job position at SHC. Must have a good work history & good driving record. Must have no restrictions or limitations that would prohibit you from performing the job duties required which are, but not limited to working around dust, pets, do light lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, carrying cleaning products, & equipment, climbing stairs, etc. The ideal candidate for this position must possess a valid driver's license, valid vehicle ins, have your own reliable vehicle. (Can not be dependent on others for transportation). Must be 18 years of age or older, (No exceptions). Must pass a criminal background check & drug test. No charge to employee. Tests are provided by SHC & checked immediately. Must be able to follow a simple task list & work alone the majority of the time. Must be a THOROUGH & DETAILED cleaner, and have very good work ethics.
Employees travel throughout the SHC service area. SHC services St. Mary's, lower & mid Calvert & southern Charles counties. Customers are mainly located in St. Mary's & Calvert. PAID TRAVEL TIME!
SHC provides weekly pay, paid training, referral bonuses, employee of the month bonuses, raises, & other incentives. Also one, (5) day work week of paid PTO (Personal time off) for FT employees to use towards vacation time, sick time, holidays or personal days. SHC also provides liability ins, bonding ins, worker's comp ins, travel pay (from one job to the next), products, supplies & equipment. SHC does not offer health insurance. Uniforms are required.
This housekeeping position is for a daytime shift, M-F, and it is available starting on Monday, 8/27/18 for training purposes. This postion will start off PT, but it will become a FT schedule as more new customers sign on for service. Interviews for this job position will be held on Monday- Friday, 8/20/18 through 8/24/18 starting at 9:00a.m-2:00 pm.
