Role and Responsibilities
The Revenue Analyst will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and be responsible for compiling Revenue reports, Sales KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and Monthly Account Analysis for management review. The Revenue Analyst will also be responsible for the following:
- Revenue Reporting
- Global Sales KPI’s
- Individual Sales KPI’s
- Regional Sales KPI’s
- Revenue by Customer
- Revenue by State
- Revenue by Country
- Monthly Sales T&E Analysis
- Monthly Trade Show ROI
- Monthly Sales from Demos Analysis
- Weekly Sales Reports by Territory
- Monthly Key Account Summary
- Monthly Major Account Differences
- Other Reports as requested
- Online form setup maintenance
- Maintain Targets by territory in Netsuite
- Netsuite Dashboard Setup and Maintenance
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors in Accounting and 2-5 years related experience in financial analysis. Previous experience report writing with Netsuite or similar accounting software package a plus. Superior time management, ability to multitask and prioritize work with minimal supervision are essential. Must have strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally. Strong command of Microsoft Office products is essential. Qualified applicant must be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, well organized, detail oriented, and a team player with a positive work attitude. Must be able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, gather and analyze information skillfully, and have general math skills.
