Local HVAC Company is seeking a Customer Service/Administrative Assistant who is self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, punctual and reliable to join our existing team.
2 years administrative experience
2 years marketing experience
2 years customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Answer multi-line telephone system
HVAC industry experience is a plus
Successware 21 is a plus
Additional Skills and Experience:
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in a fast paced office with multiple distractions.
Positive attitude & effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Create; maintain spreadsheets to track data for daily/weekly reporting
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Scanning, faxing, copying, filing
Able to work independently & as a team member with minimal supervision
Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Schedule/confirm, answer multi-line telephone system to meet customer service requirements. Place, track & receive parts/equipment orders, help track work progression daily, document work for invoice purposes. Secure maintenance contract renewals through constant communication with customers. Work with current advertising and marketing representatives to maintain relationships and drive new business. Assist in the daily effective operation of the office daily.
Hours: Monday - Friday (part-time with potential for full-time)
