This position supports AIR-1.1 analyzing defense policy and administering the AIR-1.1 Knowledge Management Portal (KMP). The candidate will help prepare checklists, instructions, trainings, briefs, and guidebooks. The candidate will provide daily office support, administrative tasks, and perform some IT and admin support for meetings.
B.A. or B.S. Degree in science, mathematics related discipline, or a business or management related discipline from an institution accredited by a U.S. Department of Education approved agency. Four years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Graduate degree can be substituted for two years’ experience.
Applies knowledge of management functions, process, and analytical methods of techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of organization structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control. Develops and drafts program or project milestones, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation. Relies upon and uses automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.
Experience in SharePoint and preparing presentations and briefs; typing and IT skills; as well as possessing critical thinking skills, the ability to communicate with a diverse group, work independently or collaboratively; flexibility and organization skills are desired.

Occasional travel may be required to CONUS locations.
