NSI is a privately held, small but quickly growing company located in Lexington Park, Maryland within 5 miles of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Established in 2004, we are now celebrating 11 years of excellence in providing quality products and services to the Department of Defense. NSI is currently accepting applications for Foreign Disclosure Analyst (FDA) position.

Description: Responsible for developing, updating, administering and evaluating PMA-299 policies and procedures directly affecting the release of technical and sensitive information to H-60 FMS partners. The FDA assists the PSM/DDA in reviewing and interpreting disclosure policy and ensuring all releases of information are done in accordance with policy. The FDA will coordinate and oversee all foreign disclosure analyst activities in support of the H-60 JPO. FDA assists in providing refresher training on disclosure to Program Office FMS Personnel and training to all new PMA-299 employees.  The FDA will provide technical and analytical support for existing and emerging FMS cases. FDA will assist in processing foreign visit requests and visit requests for FMS personnel. FDA preforms other duties as assigned. Some travel required.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in foreign disclosure or foreign military sales field, OR; Associates degree with minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in foreign disclosure or foreign military sales field, OR; 6 years of specialized experience in foreign disclosure or foreign military sales field. Military or government experience is preferred.

Skills: To preform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite to include Reader, Illustrator and Photoshop. MS Office suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and Access, Power Point, Publisher, Visio, and Project Management software such as MS Project. 

Qualifications: Must have previous interaction with foreign military personnel, as well as prior experience supporting FMS Programs. The canidate must have a working knowledge of policy and general procedures for foreign disclosure of technical data. He or She should have a clear understanding of FMS Security Requirements, US Naval Technical Documentation Formatting Guidelines, NAVAIR Foreign Military Sales/Cooperative Programs Technical Data/Publication Review, and Sanitation/Editing and the Department of the Navy Foreign Disclosure Manual. Familiarity with Department of Defense Acquisition is required. a general understanding of the Foreign Military Sales Process and must be detail oriented and posses excellent communication skills. The FDA shall possess a Secret security clearance.
