Assists Human Resource/Safety by performing the following duties:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Process Parking Tickets

  • Responsible for Petty Cash

  • Process bi-weekly time to payroll

  • Run/Send out monthly Ticket Log Reports

  • Create and send out Emission Memos 

  • Order Registrations & Send out Memos

  • Run monthly Vehicle List Reports

  • Maintain/Update Vehicle List

  • Create new employee Welcome signs

  • Make ID badges

  • Make new hire packets for office and field employees

  • Assist with Apprentice Transfer

  • Process Apprentice Performance Evaluations as required

  • Assist with training classes

  • Sending mail out via FedEx, Airborne and UPS as needed

  • File/Scan/Shred documents weekly at a minimum

  • Pick up mail, sort, date and distribute for HR & Safety

  • Copy and fax miscellaneous documents

  • Order Supplies for HR & Safety

  • Responsible for calling in service on equipment in departments as needed.

  • Responsible on an as needed basis to provide lunches and sodas for meeting.

  • Back up for department as needed

  • Assist with Special Projects

  • Alternate relief for receptionist as needed

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively use a computer keyboard and familiarity with computer software such as Word, Excel and Microsoft applications. Access, HR Software, Dynamics experience helpful. Typing speed 50 wpm.  Must be able to perform multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents.  Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently.



Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.



Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.



Must be extremely trust worthy due to the sensitive and confidential information that they will be exposed to. Energetic, positive attitude and self-motivating a must.
