-Responsible for all bi-weekly payroll requirements, including enrollment and terminating employees in the ADP system; maintain records of yearly and quarterly payroll taxes. Responsible for set up and communication of ezLaborManager and PayStub access. Responsible for monitoring and creating new state registrations and WC insurance coverage.
-Responsible for HR paperwork, forms, etc.by creating new employee files and maintaining changes to existing employee files. Responsible for set up, enrollment and termination of employees into benefit plans. Maintains e-verify account and responds to all employment verification requests.
-Invoices customers as well as reconciles to general ledger/control workbook. Posts daily transactions, including credit card payments to the bank, general ledger and CMS website.
-Assists Finance Director with schedules, reports, documents and other related tasking.
-General administrative tasks of small office such as answering main phone line and office door; and conference room scheduling. Back-up for accounts payable processing. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent full charge bookkeeping experience to substitute for degree in payroll/office/accounting field specifically using ADP payroll system. General knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general office etiquette and procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (MS Excel and MS Word) as well as Adobe PDF editor and Human Resource Generalist experience a plus.
