The selected candidate's tasks will require a high level of attention to detail and experience reviewing information technology-related data ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards.  Candidate will work with customers to assess their needs and resolve issues and must have knowledge of available products and services.  Candidate must be able to brief mid-level management and IT staff on status of daily operations and should have exemplary problem solving skills, using sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations to leadership.  The successful candidate will utilize analytical skills and abilities to troubleshoot data accessibility and availability problems and initiate corrective actions.  Operates information systems and databases to track progress, develop reports, statistical data, and provides assistance to other Program Analysts and Technical Writer's in compilation, manipulation and analysis of data as required.  Provide program guidance, interpretation and implement oversight of applicable information security policies, processes and practices. Ensure continued operational availability and integrity of enterprise applications, systems, networks and data.

Review usage logs and determine the need for changes in access methods, storage media, or other elements based on usage and performance trends.  Monitor and evaluate the contractor's performance for compliance with contract requirements.  Research methodologies to analyze and evaluate assigned program areas for effectiveness and efficiency.  Provide advice, recommendations, and training on documentation control issues and fulfilling customer requests to obtain appropriate technical documentation.  Support, analyze and define customer data requirements and specifications.  Assist in performing aggregation and analysis of data sources to establish risk modeling profiles and trend analysis useful to inform risk-based decision making.  SECRET Security Clearance required.

Required Education:  Associates degree in a related field and 3 years experience in software projects and Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) products.
Preferred Education & Experience: BS/BA in IT related field, software development and/or networking and 2 years' experience.
