The objective of the Sales Administrator is to ensure accurate order processing and to ensure product satisfaction for our authorized dealer network and consumers as well as maintaining relationships with our field representatives and dealer network.
Answers incoming call volume from dealers and consumers
Process dealer orders via phone, fax, EDI, or weblink entry into JDE system
Replying to consumer emails via website
Maintain dealer files and data bases
Coordinate with field sales force to establish new and maintain existing accounts
Processes warranty orders and generates return authorizations for repairs
Communicates with Repair/Service Department for timely completion of customer repairs
Participates in trade shows and dealer visits which involves some travel 1-3 times per year.
Assist with other projects as requested and other duties that may be assigned
Microsoft office, to include strong excel skills
2-4 years previous experience in related field
Firearms knowledge a plus but not required
