We are looking for an experienced Administrative assistant/ office manager.
This would be a virtual position where you could work from home, provided your location has an office that you can work from.
The candidate must be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail skills.
The position involves a lot of letter writing and mail. Keeping track of ongoing jobs to make sure they are completed in a timely fashion and keeping the customers updated on progress.
The candidate must be drug free and pass a background investigation.
Quick books experience and skulls with excel and access is a plus.
Someone with prior paralegal work is a plus.
Pay us based on experience
