Small family owned business seeking Office Manager.
Must have min 3 years Office Management, Administrative Experience.
Prior experience as a Appliance Repair, HVAC or Other Home services business is a plus. Paralegal exp also a plus


Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
Managing the business, Answering phones, Scheduling and maintain communication with staff that is out in the field.
Creating letters and correspomdence
Mailing letters and keeping track of the letters that have been sent
Keeping track of several ongoing tasks and jobs and make sure they stay on track to be completed by deadlines.
Internet research, Filing out forms, copying and filing, lots of Data entry, Accts payable and recievable
Qualifications and skills:
MUST have strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST!
Drug free, pass criminal background check.
Knowledge of basic computer skills, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks and other software programs.
Applicatnts with prior experience as a Paralegal is also a plus.
We need someone that will show up for work, on time and not need days off or time off on a regular basis!
