Southern Maryland builder has an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator.
Duties will include the review and processing of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, correspondence with vendors, and other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by management. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with a high volume of data entry, and will have an Associates Degree in Accounting or 2+ years in a related field. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, highly motivated individual with good communication skills.
Preference will be given to applicants with general accounting experience, including Accounts Payable, and a background in the construction industry or related fields. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel are required, and Sage/Timberline Experience is preferred. Multi-tasking ability and positive attitude are musts.
Hours will be Monday – Friday with flexible start time between 6:30 and 9am. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Competitive Benefits Package.
