Administrative Professional Needed
We are a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Upper Marlboro, MD, and we have a position open for an Admin Professional with LOTS of potential for growth. This job is like the gate keeper to this business-- which has been in operation since 1974. You will need to maintain electronic files & keep all kinds of our office processes organized. We need someone capable to multi-task and monitor / track progress on multiple projects. We need someone able to analyze situations & have keen problem solving skills; judgment and decision-making ability. We need someone with initiative who is also able to adapt.
Previous knowledge of Real Estate is helpful, previous background in education / teaching seen as favorable. Computer proficiency is a must. Microsoft Access / database knowledge would be fantastic. The candidate must have a can-do attitude and self-motivation to get tasks accomplished quickly with accuracy to detail. This position can transition into a lucrative career.
Hours are full-time 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday and paid holidays.
Job includes competitive vacation and sick leave with profit sharing benefits.
