Pathways, Inc., a leader in behavioral health services in Southern Maryland, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a key fiscal operationsposition. This full-time position will work in our main office complex located in Hollywood, MD.
The selected candidate will process, document, and maintain all accounts payable, assist with accounts receivable functions and prepare payroll for the organization along with related monthly, quarterly, & annual financial reporting.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of AP/Payroll/AR experience and one year of general ledger experience. An associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.This position requires the use of a personal vehicle in the performance of duties.
The preferred candidate will have experience with automated accounting operations, especially with A/P and payroll, strong computer skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and one year of medical billing experience.
