We promote the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of persons served, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, through person-centered, shared exploration of pathways to healthy living and strengthened support systems.
Responsibilities include quality assurance duties for medical documentation, developing Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs), conducting screening assessments and assisting in the selection, orientation and training of new staff. This position also ensures program compliance with state regulations. This position will also serve as an on-site supervisor for direct service staff in a variety of rehabilitative settings
The core hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, however flexibility including some evening work is required.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and one year related experience; or High School Diploma with five years of related human service experience. Preferred applicants will have prior experience working within a Residential Program serving the severely mentally ill and one year of supervisory experience. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier.
