We currently have a full-time opportunity available in our Behavioral Health Clinic for a Receptionist. Office location is in Hollywood, Maryland. The selected candidate will assume front desk responsibilities, including greeting and scheduling consumers, verifying and obtaining service authorizations for scheduled appointments, collecting fees for services, coordinating completion of consumer paperwork, and handling incoming phone calls.
The schedule for this position is:
Monday – Thursday, 10AM – 6PM; Friday, 8AM – 4PM
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is deemed insurable by the organization’s automobile liability insurance carrier. Preferred applicants will have prior mental health office experience, exposure to electronic medical record systems, computer proficiency, and excellent organizational skills.
