HeimLantz CPAs and Advisors is looking to hire an Office Manager for our Lexington Park, MD office.

The position is responsible for:

  • Customer relations and communication, including preparation of client meetings
  • Office Logistics such as ordering of supplies and coordinating with building's facilities manager
  • Administrative preparation of client tax returns such as scanning in documents, E-filing returns, and printing and binding completed return
  • Set up and troubleshooting of workstations 
  • Client Bookkeeping

The right candidate for this position will be customer orientated, highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, comfortable learning new technology and managing a wide variety of projects and deadlines.  Experience with QuickBooks or in the CPA industry a plus.

This is a full time position offering competitive salary and benefits.
