Southern Maryland homebuilder has an immediate opening for a full-time Clerical Assistant.
Candidate must be professional, upbeat, dependable and detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity. Applicant should also have a positive attitude and strong collaborative skills, and the ability to complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.
Job duties include:
• Handling a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to filing, copying, typing, and data entry.
• Preparing, reviewing, and routing confidential and time-sensitive material.
• Preparing routine correspondence including letters, reports, forms, and spreadsheets.
• Attending to special projects at the direction of the Operations Manager/Controller and other members of the Management Team.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience with construction, land development, and/or property management preferred.
Hours will be Monday – Friday with flexible start time between 6:30 and 9am. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Competitive Benefits Package.
