Project Coordinator Assistance
We are seeking a highly customer service oriented individual to provide administrative support including the scheduling of meetings and appointments, travel arrangements, expense reporting, work orders, and project specific assistance to the Project Execution team. You will support management, as well as, the Project Manager, oversee project controls and material management.
The candidate will need to be organized, efficient, good at multitasking, and driven to succeed. Some specific skills necessary are: Excellent Computer Skills, Proficient in Excel, Word, Spreadsheets, tracking, and problem solving.
You will need to work closely with other team members and must keep in constant communication. You will need to be cheerful, helpful and a good listener. Written and email Communication Skills is crucial – Clear, Professional Written Communications is a must. Advanced Computer Skills is a must. You will train staff in related work assignments; maintain records of operation; monitor inventories and request supplies and equipment.
Knowledge of construction materials is a plus, but not required.
