Small Business searching for a hard working person with great people skills to help with everyday tasks in a customer service oriented business. These tasks consist of, but are not limited to, answering multiple phone lines, greeting customers, scheduling customers, creating basic estimates, receiving payments, creating invoices, note taking, filing, and light office, break room and showroom cleaning. All applicants must possess a positive attitude, their own transportation, ability to take direction, ability to multi-task, can work individually and in a group setting, and AT LEAST 1 year of administrative/office experience. Experience in google calendar, Quickbooks desktop, and multi-phone line system are an added bonus, but not required.
