P-8A Program/Acquisition Analyst

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Program/Management/Acquisition Analyst to support the P-8A Mission Systems IPT in the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290). This position requires knowledge of program acquisition, financial/program tracking and management, NAVAIR contracting and PPBE processes.  The candidate will support development and submission of contract packages to include PIDs/PRs, SOWs, CDRLs, and cost estimates; Coordinate with IPTs to validate and update procurement actions in the NAVAIR Procurement Management Tool (PMT), monitor milestone timelines, track CDRLs/contract deliverables, and provide status.  PMT experience is a must and AMS CDRL tool experience is highly desired. Knowledge of aircraft mission systems, avionics, subsystems, and Fleet maintenance/logistics is desired.  The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

This position requires a BS or BA degree and a minimum of three years of experience in U. S. Navy aviation program management, business/technical analysis, and aircraft/weapon/project acquisition.  Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree.

A current SECRET security clearance is required.
