Administrative Professional Needed
We are a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Upper Marlboro, MD, and have a position open for an Admin Professional with LOTS of potential for growth. This job is like the gate keeper to the business-- which has been in operation since 1974. You will need to maintain electronic files & keep our office processes organized. We need someone able to multi-task and monitor / track progress on multiple projects. You must also have initiative and be able to analyze situations, have keen problem solving skills, judgment and decision-making ability.
Previous knowledge of Real Estate is helpful; previous background in education / teaching seen as favorable. Computer proficiency is a must. Microsoft Access / database knowledge would be fantastic, but not mandatory. The candidate must have a can-do attitude and self-motivation to get tasks accomplished quickly with accuracy to detail. This position can transition into a lucrative career.
Hours are full-time 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday with paid holidays.
Job includes competitive vacation and sick leave with retirement profit sharing benefits after 1 year.
