Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Kelly Generator & Equipment, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join their sales team. This person will collaborate with contractors and engineers and act as a liaison between departments. The ability to utilize Excel, multi-task and communicate effectively is a must in this role.
· Data entry for opportunities in CRM (Field Servio)
· Excel spreadsheet maintenance
· Point of contact for project status
· Data entry for new customer as well as maintain existing customer accounts
· Ensures all job documents are received, Signed proposals, PO, Credit Applications, etc.
· Equipment and parts ordering
· Monitor project progress and address any questions or concerns
· Create and maintain project documentation
· Coordinate with Service and Sales Department as needed on job related questions or concerns
· Address Freight and Warranty claims
· Send project close out materials
· Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Data Entry experience
· --- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
· Ability to work as a team member on project
· Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
· BA/AA or High school diploma
