Raleigh Apt. Management is looking for energetic individuals to join our outstanding property management team at our California Maryland location.
Multiple positions- Leasing Office and Maintenance Dept.
LEASING/MARKETING CONSULTANT: We’re looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of apartment and/or home leasing experience or equivalent customer service experience may also be considered. Must connect easily with a variety of people. Exceptional phone, internet and in-person sales are a must. Candidate must be proficient with email and appointment calendar management, basic computer programs and marketing outreach via internet, social media and community networking. This is a multi-task work environment. Full Time hours include Saturdays.
$14/hr plus commission program is being offered.
MAINTENANCE TECH ASSISTANT: Candidates must have 1 plus years’ experience in multi-family building/facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, and cleaning and grounds work. Must have your own hand tools. A positive attitude required. Full time and flexibility to respond to on-call emergency situations and tenant concerns. $14/hr. plus monthly bonus incentive.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and pass a drug test and criminal background check.
