An Office Administrator must possess strong organization skills, be able to work independently and multi-task, have excellent written and oral communication skills, exhibit sound judgement, and excel with customer service.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Handling administrative duties and day to day transactions
• Answering phones courteously
• Creating and maintaining job files and reconciling paperwork/invoices
• Maintaining all required company licenses
• Working with vendors to provide company services
• Typing documents such as proposals
• AIA Documentation for Invoicing Required qualifications
• Familiar with bookkeeping organization practices and working with numbers
• AIA Documentation
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Positive and team oriented attitude with a high value on ethics
