General office and administrative support needed for busy powersports dealership in SoMd. Duties include answering admin calls, filing, converting/entering AP AR. Maintaining office & building supplies. Processing monthly billing statements. Preparing checks for review/signature and other such duties. Ability to process tag & title work helpful.
Requires the individual to be self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented. Both verbal and written communications skills a must. Critical thinking and analytical abilities needed. Basic math and accounting skill necessary. Ability to accurately count cash drawer and process end of day totals. Prepare bank deposits.
Salary commensurate w/experience. Full time with holidays and PTO
