HVAC Installer Overview
Candidate will be responsible for conducting residential and light commercial HVAC system change outs of existing systems and installation of HVAC systems in new or existing homes and light commercial buildings.
- Salary: $18-$30 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Measuring, fabricating, designing, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and duct work.
- Installing/moving new or existing HVAC systems.
- Wiring of both indoor and outdoor units.
- Refrigeration piping and reclamation.
- Installation, testing, and setup of new or existing HVAC systems and controls.
- Excellent customer service.
- Lead and train helpers on assigned team.
- Maintain and restock company vehicle.
- Maintain professionalism in the work place as well as in the field.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
- Minimum of 2 Years HVAC Experience
- Gas & Oil Furnace Venting Experience Preferred

HVAC Service Technician Overview
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to service, maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in system diagnostics, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems. Candidate will possess good communication skills with customers to guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing service, maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
HVAC Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Good Driving Record
- Good Communication skills
- Dependable
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Able to pass a background check
- Refrigerant Certification a plus
