Peterson & Reddy Dental care is located in Waldorf, MD. We are currently searching for a dedicated full-time dental assistant to assist with a wide range of procedures. The ideal candidate for this position is flexible and eager to grow with our office. 

More about the role:

-- Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental procedure, as well as assure patient comfort and provide appropriate treatment 

-- Conduct a thorough review of the patient's health history in order to provide quality care 

-- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments 

-- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during a wide variety of procedures  

-- Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping 

-- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendations 

-- Charts existing restorations and conditions 

Requirements:

-- Previous experience not required, but preferred 

-- X-Ray certification preferred
