Description: NSI requires a Master Maintenance Scheduler to support the Score Technology and Analytics Center in support of the Presidential Helicopter program. A Master Maintenance Scheduler creates, maintains, and modifies CCPM project templates and in-process project plans. Receives future PMI event forecasts and analyzes capacity limitations within Presidential Helicopter based on planned throughput and WIP levels compared to resource availability. The scheduler will load project templates in CCPM software for aircraft inducted for PMI events. Serves as the scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) at maintenance meetings and prioritizes work based on CCPM project schedules. Participates in workload planning meetings and presents 'what-if' analyses to the Industrial Operations and Maintenance Teams. Continually monitors accuracy of project schedules to ensure progress updates reflect the true status of the maintenance event. Continually monitors accuracy of project schedules and projected completion dates in CCPM software and Tableau dashboards. If determined inaccurate, the SME determines the root cause and resolves schedule accuracy issues. Continually monitors task-level resource utilization and alerts managers to anticipated resource constraints. Navy or Marine OOMA experience.
