Description: NSI requires an Operations Analyst to support PMA 299 Program Office. The candidate will provide high-level Operations/Administrative support to leadership levels across multiple platforms within PMA 299 Program Office. Duties will include, but not limited to, performing clerical functions, conducting research, and preparing statistical reports, facilitating Program Reviews, maintaining action items and program status, working with BFMs and leads for Procurement Management Tool (PMT) data and reports, and assisting leads in completing and processing travel claims/vouchers, using the Defense Travel System (DTS). Coordinates the execution of complex data calls and tasks to meet required deadlines and tracked or closure. Prepares executive level briefs and composes correspondence, requiring some understanding of technical matters, and applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Demonstrates excellent oral and written skills with a proactive and follow through ‘can-do’ approach.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: BS or BA degree

Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional
description.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
