RBC, Inc. has a position at Patuxent River, MD for a FMS Senior Program Analyst to provide program management, acquisition and technical support to the MPRA Program Office (PMA-290) supporting P-3C/P-8A FMS cases. Support includes assisting the Case Manager and Deputy Case Manager with case management tasks, development of program briefs, coordinating and facilitating Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and other technical meetings and working groups.  Candidate will also assist in contract management and the development of acquisition documentation.  They will monitor and update Direct Hit data base tasks and provide assistance with program inquiries/data drills, analyzing data and distributing to the appropriate SMEs for review and concurrence. They will also assist with directing a team of individuals on a daily basis to track program progress/status and case/IPT cost and schedule performance/EVM.  Coordinate with foreign and US military executive leadership on program data, performance, and status.  Communicate with Defense Security Assistance Management and Navy International Programs Office personnel in the performance of the duties listed above. 

This position requires a BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis discipline.  Eight years of relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Six (6) years out of the prior ten years of experience supporting acquisition/analysis of major weapon systems and component development is required. P-8A aircraft systems knowledge is desired. Experience in FMS programs, international business, systems acquisition or life cycle logistics of systems and equipment is also desired. International travel may be required.

 A current Secret security clearance will be required.
