Position summary:
The Wood Assembler works directly with team members to support production initiatives. They perform duties such as set up, operate, and tend woodworking machines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates specialty equipment which may include but is not limited to hand tools, sanders, saws, and computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment to produce parts.
- Produce quality work that meets company expectations.
- Reports defective material questionable conditions to department supervisor.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
- Performs other related duties as required by supervision.
- Satisfy the company attendance requirements.
