We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. Bayside Auto Group is growing, and we have opportunities for expansion at our Bayside Kia of Waldorf location.

Responsibilities:

• Educate new and existing Customer's on New and Pre-Owned Vehicles
• Reach agreed upon sales targets monthly
• Close and follow up on sales opportunities
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build a strong rapport with clients
• Must have a valid Driver's License and transportation
• No previous auto sales experience is needed, however, previous automotive sales is always a plus! Former military personnel plus individuals from retail, sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, construction, restaurant, and banking industries are strongly encouraged to apply!
