A certified construction company in MD, seeking an office assistant to join our team!
DUTIES:
Answering and monitoring incoming calls in a professional manner
Review emails and call leads to schedule estimates
Supporting the office personnel with daily administrative functions
Provides support with filing, labels, and creates new files when needed
Create, update, and maintain customer records
Type up estimates and contracts as needed
General office duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Prior construction experience is a plus
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
