We are looking to hire a Full-time experienced Lead Landscape Technician. Responsible for managing and overseeing all landscaping work on property.

- Maintains property, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding.
- Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
- Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs.
- Apply fertilizers, maintain landscape design features, remove weeds/dead plant material and overseeing repairs as needed.
- General mainentance
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a landscaping lead or groundskeeping role.
- Must be able to safely operate and maintain power equipment.
- Lift 50+ pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, and climbing.
- Follows written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Works well independently and with a team.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Bilingual Preferred
