Full-Time position for a Tag & Title Clerk to process MVA Tag & Title requests for customers in Maryland and out of state. Position could lead to a management position for the right candidate.

Job Summary
Candidate must possess Strong Professional Customer Service Skills, when communicating with customers to identify their needs, process requests, provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company.

Experience with MVA Tag & Title preferred, must have computer experience including QuickBooks. Canidate needs to be a fast learner, good analytical skills, and can remain calm under pressure.  Candidates must be detail oriented when reviewing documents and processing title work plus highly organized an able to prioritize work.

Must be able to follow directions, be a team player, and be reliable and on time for work when scheduled.

Candidate must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

This position may require trips to the MVA to pick up and drop off work, it may include processing work at the MVA. Candidate must be dependable and work some Saturday mornings.
