Chesapeake Ranch Estates is seeking a Road Crew Laborer to assist with the maintenance of roads and amenities. The qualified person must have basic knowledge of the operation of tractors, loaders, snow removal and other equipment (proper use of chainsaws, pumps, and similar tools). Traffic flagging, other manual work is part of the required duties. Work hours are 6:30 am to 3 pm, M-F, with benefits including vacation, sick, paid holidays and 401k is offered.
