Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative at Burch Oil, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Assisting customers in setting up new accounts, processing service and delivery requests, and handling payment transactions accurately.
3. Utilizing Salesforce to schedule appointments for equipment sales and installation, ensuring efficient coordination with our field teams.
4. Demonstrating proficiency in using Cargas for fuel operations (experience is a plus).
5. Applying your sales expertise to upsell products and services in alignment with company initiatives, providing valuable solutions to our customers.
6. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
7. Ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Collaborating with team members to maintain a fast-paced and productive work environment.
