RBC, Inc. has a senior-level position at Patuxent River, MD for a Senior Program Analyst to support an International Cooperative program in a Joint Program Office at NAS Patuxent River, MD. This position requires knowledge of IPT organizational concepts, major weapon system acquisition, program management, configuration management, logistics management, contract management, development of program documents. The candidate will assist in managing a large Cooperative Program and prepare program policies, documentation, point papers and senior-level briefing materials and will require interface with prime contractors, vendors, the Navy International Program Office, DSCA, and other Government representatives regarding technical and programmatic aspects of Cooperative programs. Knowledge of applicable ITAR, AECA, EAA, foreign disclosure, and export administration regulations is desired. Experience working with large DoD contractors is desired.
Specific Cooperative Program duties include:
- Reviewing documentation to ensure Cooperative program requirements integrate into the program office change management process. Ensuring the transmission of relevant documentation to the JPO to enable timely decisions
- Using knowledge of fleet squadron maintenance logistics, and supply practices
- Knowledge and ability to reviewing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), ensuring Cooperative program unique requirements are met and reporting to the JPO on the progress and status of all relevant ECP’s
- Assisting the JPO Business & Commercial Manager (BCM) in the planning and execution of contract actions supporting change management planning
- Ensuring the configuration status of JPO aircraft is maintained within the maintenance and Configuration Status Account systems
This position requires a BS or BA degree in Business Management, or relevant technical discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or technical/business analysis disciplinerelated to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management. Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the college degree. Six (6) years out of the prior ten (10) years of experience should support analysis and planning activities associated with major weapon systems and components.
Current SECRET security clearance is required.
