The Bay Kids, LLC in Lusby, Maryland is looking for dependable, professional, full-time applicants.
These are NOT minimum wage positions!
Your pay will be commensurate with your experience in the field of child-care and your pay increases after successful completion of a two-week "working interview". It is here that you will show us your talents, abilities, and desire to become a permanent member of our Bay Kids staff.
You MUST have reliable transportation - not someone who can "get you there"

Qualifications required for Director, and Teachers:
Director Qualified (up to $25.00 per hour to start)
Senior Staff (Teacher) Qualified ($17 - 18/hour)
Clear Criminal Background Check (CJIS) with fingerprinting required. We'll pay for this!
Medical Evaluation
Medical Administration & CPR Certification preferred; classes are provided after one month of successful employee performance.

Aides start at $15.00 and go up to $16.50 after a three month proven record!
Assist Teachers as required; lesson planning, scheduling, "circle time", playground supervision, etc.
Schedules are flexible, but we prefer fixed schedules so class ratios can be consistent with both the staff and the kids!
Shifts, and scheduling will be determined during interview.
Great starting wage! This can be a fun, challenging job for those who enjoy working with children from 6 weeks of age up to 10 years (Before and After-School Care resuming as staffing allows).
Our operating hours are changing but for now they are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends.
