Responsibilities to include Managing and coordinating multiple concurrent client projects, Creating, updating, and enforcing project timelines, task lists, and internal workflows, Serving as the main point of coordination between account executives, creative/financial teams, and clients, Helping set and manage client expectations and keeping communication clear, Monitoring and tracking project scope, changes, and budget adjustments, Proactively identifying risks, gaps, or delays—and taking steps to resolve them, creating cost groups and templates to help in future projects, Supporting the development of internal tools and project systems as we grow. Supporting project managers as needed. Must have 2+ years of project coordination experience, ideally in construction. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Self-starter with the ability to stay aligned, meet deadlines, and multitask independently. Willing to building systems and process improvements. Plus, if you have experience in construction. Must be able to obtain greencard certification in 1 month of start date. Must be able to obtain OSHA 10 in 2 months of start date. Must know how to read blueprints. Must have driver's license.
