Electrical Journeyman and Electrical Helper needed to serve the lower Tri-County area

Mattingly Electric, located in St. Mary’s County and servicing the Tri-County area since 1981, is seeking a journeyman and apprentice who want to be part of a successful company who is known for and appreciates quality work. Qualifications - Journeyman

• 3+ years experience
• Hold a Journeyman License
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations)
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications – Helper

• 1 year experience
• Ability to follow direction
• Have a willingness and desire to learn
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTS for both positions:

Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Job tasks routinely require crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds, and pushing and pulling of objects.
