Hash Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced Plumber for Commercial Building Projects and Commercial Service Work.
Responsibilities:
•Install, modify, maintain, and repair large-scale plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in commercial/industrial settings, adhering to blueprints and building codes.
•Troubleshoot complex issues, diagnose failures, and perform repairs on water distribution, drainage, and waste systems.
•Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and site surveys for commercial properties.
•Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
•Test pipes and systems for accuracy and performance using gauges.
•Prepare basic bids, cost estimates, and document work performed.
•Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards, local codes, and regulations (OSHA, etc.).
Requirements & Qualifications:
•Valid State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).
•Proven experience with large-scale commercial systems (boilers, backflow preventers, large pipe systems).
•Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
•Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and mechanical skills.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional attitude.
•Proficiency with tools, including soldering, welding, and power tools.
•Valid Driver's License & clean driving record.
•Ability to pass drug screening & background checks.
