Licensed Land Surveyor | Join Our Team
Established in 1975, our Maryland Land Survey and Civil Engineering firm is seeking a skilled professional Licensed Land Surveyor. Our team seeks dynamic individuals to join and contribute to various projects in the DC Metro area and Maryland Suburbs. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- Translating project designs between the office and the field.
- Preparing and interpreting survey maps, legal descriptions, and construction plans.
- Leading and mentoring field survey teams.
- Conducting boundary, topographic, ALTA, location and construction stake-out surveys.
- Ensuring accuracy and quality control in all surveying activities.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Overseeing project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or Property Line Surveyor license.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in land surveying and/or civil engineering.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD and/or Carlson.
- Strong technical expertise in survey plan preparation, regulatory compliance, and client management.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
