An Office Administrator must possess strong organization skills, be able to work independently and multi-task, have excellent written and oral communication skills, exhibit sound judgement, and excel with customer service.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Handling administrative duties and day to day transactions
- Answering phones courteously
- Creating and maintaining job files and reconciling paperwork/invoices
- Maintaining all required company licenses
- Working with vendors to provide company services
- Typing documents such as proposals
- AIA Documentation for Invoicing Required qualifications
- Familiar with bookkeeping organization practices and working with numbers
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive and team oriented attitude with a high value on ethics
