We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Settlement Processor to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative law office environment, leveraging your knowledge of real estate law, GIS technology, and research skills to deliver exceptional service.   Responsibilities   Process and review title documents to verify ownership and identify potential issues that could delay settlement Conduct comprehensive research on property records, legal descriptions, and relevant zoning or GIS data to support accurate settlement procedures Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction closings Prepare and review settlement statements, ensuring all financial calculations are precise and compliant with legal standards Manage all aspects of title processing, including lien searches, document preparation, and recording requirements Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the settlement process Maintain detailed records of each transaction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with law office policies and procedures
Qualifications Proven experience in real estate law, title processing, or law office administration Experience in Qualia software required Experience with Microsoft Office products required Strong research skills with the ability to analyze property records and legal documents efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and clear communication abilities Knowledge of real estate transactions, legal requirements, and settlement procedures Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Join us in delivering exceptional real estate settlement services!
