Harnessed to Hope Northern Breed Rescue - LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS WHO CAN help!!
We are looking for fosters and volunteers in MD. We foster in our homes to allow fosters the opportunity to learn to be part of a family. While fostering opens up space for another northern breed dog to be saved, we need volunteers other than fostering.
The rescue covers medical expenses while the foster family typically provides food (which may be written off as a charitable deduction) unless a special diet is required, in which case the rescue would pay for prescription food.
There are many ways to volunteer!!
1. Fostering
2. Checking applications
3. Fundraising
4. Attending events
5. Helping with the website/petfinder/social media
6. Administrative tasks
There are so many ways you can become active in a volunteer organization and donate a few hours per month! Every little bit helps change the lives of the dogs we rescue!
