My rate per hour is the cheapest at $90.00 an hour (prorated).  Most shops will not prorate.

Cash only for now until I get the credit card scan through my bank.

I don't blast car or bike frames.  I can blast automobile differentials and smaller parts.

If the parts have heavy grease, etc., they will have to be cleaned prior to blasting; cost is also prorated at the $90.00 per hour rate.

I use aluminum oxide peimarily.  I can use walnut shell, corn cob, glass bead on softer metals like aluminum, etc. but I have found using aluminum oxide on aluminum has excellent results.

I have a very modern industrial Ingersol Rand blaster with a drier that filters out 99.99% of the humidity.  Therefore, the metal is super clean and dry when the media hits the part to be blasted.

For an extra cost, I can also treat the metal (steel and cast iron) to prohibit rust if you leave the part unpainted and stored inside for up to 30 days.  Can be stored for six months if storage is climate controled to prohibit humidity.

Thank you
